MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF PAPER CUP AND PLATE
The manufacturing technique of paper thali, cup & plate is simple but labor skill. First of all the cardboard paper and silver paper rolls are placed on the stand fitted in the back of the machine. Both of the papers are fed side by side to the machine where it passes through rollers then it is converted in the shape and size as per the die fitted in the machine. The products are laminated with the silver papers and cut down the products delivering to the floor. All these processes are carried out by the same machine. After this, the products are finished and packed for supply as per demand.
